Dasheika founded CultureClusive after observing a consistent pattern across organizations navigating transformation: execution was failing not because strategy was wrong, but because the systems responsible for carrying it were never designed to move together.

Her background spans organizational design, workforce transformation, and digital operating models — across industries where the cost of execution drift is measured in real operational and financial terms. She has worked inside large organizations and alongside them, which means she understands what gets said in the room and what gets left out of the engagement scope.

CultureClusive was founded on a specific thesis: that the structural conditions enabling execution integrity can be identified, designed, and sustained. The firm is intentionally founder-led — every client works directly with Dasheika, and the work reflects a perspective built across years of cross-system observation at the structural layer.

CultureClusive takes a small number of engagements at any given time. That is by design. The work requires depth, and depth requires presence.
